I'm a health coach for women in their 40's and beyond who are experiencing weight gain, low energy and other aspects of metabolic disease. High blood sugar, cholesterol issues, elevated blood pressure and arthritis are making more women than ever feel tired, out-of-shape and powerless in their own bodies despite "eating healthier," counting calories and exercising more.

Working with me, you'll gain Confidence by learning skills that'll help you to stay focused and aligned with your weight loss goals. These tools are important because they help you to manage your hunger, energy, and cravings at a time when you're not sure of how to do this on your own.

 

My coaching is a partnership where I provide the support and accountability and you provide the direction because you are a disciple of your health. This is why I consistently ask you how these changes will fit in with family, friends, and responsibilities, so that compromising your health becomes a thing of the past.

You'll upgrade your mindset to achieve new levels of personal growth so this lifestyle you create becomes easy and doable, instead of spinning your wheels feeling like it's out of reach. You get to Invest your time and energy in prioritizing your life so that it positively impacts your health.
